Services

Support shaped around the change you want to make.

Each service below can stand alone or be combined, and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) techniques run through all of them — helping you reframe limiting beliefs, sharpen communication and turn insight into lasting change. Whether you are looking for hypnotherapy for anxiety, hypnotherapy for sleep, mindset coaching or NLP coaching, which route suits you is something we decide together during the free 20-minute consultation, held by call or Zoom. Sessions are available in person in Morden, London and online by video call.

Group one

Hypnotherapy

Work that happens in a relaxed, focused state of attention — reaching beneath the conscious mind to where the pattern actually lives. This group brings together the hypnotherapy service, how hypnotherapy works with the mind, and the combined support option that blends it with coaching.

01

Hypnotherapy

A focused, relaxed state of attention used in hypnotherapy to explore the patterns sitting underneath a habit or reaction — and to rehearse a calmer, more useful response. Effective as hypnotherapy for anxiety, hypnotherapy for stress, hypnotherapy for sleep, hypnotherapy for confidence, hypnotherapy for habits, hypnotherapy for smoking cessation, hypnotherapy for weight loss, hypnotherapy for phobias, hypnotherapy for overthinking and hypnotherapy for self-doubt. NLP techniques are woven in to reframe the language and beliefs that keep the old pattern running.

How hypnotherapy works with the mind

Why willpower alone so often fails — and what hypnotherapy reaches instead.

Most people who come to a session already know what they would like to change. The difficulty is not a lack of information — it is that the pattern they are trying to shift is not being run by the part of the mind that holds the information. A useful way to picture this is in three layers.

01

The conscious mind

The logical, analytical part of you — the part reading this, making plans, weighing up options and deciding what you “should” do. It is where willpower, intention and rational thinking live. It is powerful, but it is also the smallest part of what drives your day-to-day behaviour.

02

The subconscious mind

Just beneath awareness, the subconscious stores your beliefs, emotional patterns, habits and the quiet self-talk that runs in the background. This is where “I am not good enough” or “I always mess this up” live — and where a habit keeps running long after the conscious mind has decided to stop it.

03

The unconscious mind

Deeper still, the unconscious holds the long-standing patterns and automatic responses that drive behaviour without any conscious effort — the reactions that seem to happen before you have time to think. These are often the patterns that feel most “just the way I am”, and they are also the ones hypnotherapy is so well suited to working with.

Why willpower alone often fails

Willpower is a conscious-mind tool. When it is used to fight a pattern that is being run from the subconscious or unconscious level, it is working against a much larger, faster and more automatic system. This is why you can know exactly what to do, intend to do it, and still find yourself repeating the old response — especially when you are tired, stressed or under pressure.

How hypnotherapy reaches the deeper levels

Hypnotherapy uses a relaxed, focused state of attention to quieten the conscious mind and reach the subconscious and unconscious levels where the pattern actually lives. There, a new and more helpful response can be rehearsed and installed — not willed, but practised until it becomes the default. Combined with NLP reframing and coaching, this is what moves you beyond intellectual knowledge into real, lasting transformation.

Group two

NLP & Mindset Coaching

Conscious, structured conversation supported by NLP techniques — clarifying goals, reframing limiting beliefs, sharpening communication and turning insight into action. This group brings together how NLP is woven through every service, alongside mindset coaching.

NLP

How NLP is woven through every service.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a practical set of techniques for understanding how the language we use, the pictures we make in our minds and the patterns we repeat shape what we do. It is not a separate service here — it is a thread that runs through hypnotherapy and mindset coaching, making each one more precise and more lasting.

What is NLP?

An approach built around language — and how something is said.

At its heart, NLP is about language, meaning and how something is said: the words we choose, the tone we use, and the meaning that gets created in the listening. The meaning we attach to an event shapes how we feel and respond, so changing the language or the frame around it can change the experience without denying the facts. That idea opens up a practical toolkit used throughout every session here.

Language, meaning & how something is said

The same message can carry a completely different meaning depending on the words, tone and framing. NLP teaches you to notice the language you and others use, understand the meaning being attached to it, and choose words that open doors rather than close them.

Meaning

NLP explores the meaning you give to an experience, not just the event itself. When the meaning changes, new choices and responses can become available — making it easier to move forward with perspective and purpose.

Rapport

Genuine connection makes change possible. NLP shows how to build rapport quickly and honestly — meeting someone in their way of seeing the world so trust and understanding follow naturally.

Negotiating

Whether with a colleague, a partner or your own inner critic, NLP brings structure to negotiation — reading what is really wanted, finding common ground and moving from fixed positions to workable agreements.

Reframing

A reframe changes the meaning around a situation without changing the facts. “I always mess this up” becomes “I have not found my way yet” — and suddenly the same event points forward instead of back.

Anchoring

A reliable feeling — calm, confident, focused — can be linked to a simple cue so you can call it up when you need it, rather than waiting for it to arrive on its own.

And more

Representational systems, submodalities, modelling excellence, well-formed outcomes and timeline work — a wider toolkit drawn on as needed, always in service of the change you actually came for.

Reframing limiting beliefs

NLP helps surface the quiet assumptions — \"I am not good enough\", \"I always mess this up\" — and rework them into language that supports the change you want, so the new response feels believable rather than forced.

Improving communication

From internal self-talk to difficult conversations at work, NLP techniques sharpen how you listen, frame a message and read what is really being said — useful for confidence building, leadership and clearer decision-making.

Creating lasting change

Combined with hypnotherapy, NLP works at both the conscious and the deeper, automatic level — rehearsing new responses until they become the default, so habit change and behaviour change hold after the sessions end.

NLP with hypnotherapy

Hypnosis opens a relaxed, focused state where the deeper pattern can be reached; NLP gives us precise tools to reframe and rehearse within that state — ideal for anxiety management, habit change and confidence building.

NLP with coaching

In mindset coaching, NLP techniques clarify goals, surface what is really in the way and turn insight into small, workable actions — bringing structure and momentum to personal development and leadership work.

03

Mindset Coaching

Confidential mindset coaching and professional coaching with NLP reframing, communication and goal-setting tools — for professionals and leaders carrying responsibility, visibility and a constant decision load, and for any adult who wants direction, momentum and a clearer sense of what comes next. Whether you are stepping up at work, navigating a career shift, carrying a heavy decision load or simply feeling less stuck in day-to-day life, sessions are shaped around the change you actually want to make.
