Privacy and confidentiality.
What you share is treated carefully and kept between us, other than in the rare circumstances set out below.
Enquiries. Details submitted through the enquiry form or sent by email or phone are used only to respond to you and to arrange a consultation. They are not sold or shared for marketing.
Session records. Brief notes may be kept to support continuity of your work. They are stored securely and kept only as long as needed.
Confidentiality. Sessions are confidential. The limited exceptions are where there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else, or where disclosure is required by law.
Your choices. You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email info@hypnosisandcoaching.co.uk.
Urgent support. This website and these services are not an emergency service. If you need urgent help, contact your GP, call NHS 111, or call 999 in an emergency.
